GoFundMe gets a jump from Avi Weisfogel
Avi Weisfogel has set up a GoFundMe Campaign to benefit Operation Smile. The GoFundMe Campaign valued at $2000 is set to benefit the international medical charity organization that has been involved in the provision of free surgical procedures for children for the last three decades. The campaign will go a long way in ensuring the organization widens its reach globally.
Children and young adults with cleft palate, cleft lips, and other facial deformities have been the key beneficiaries of the Operation Smile organization. Over the years, Operation Smile has tasked itself with providing every child with hope for the future by ensuring every child can afford a better smile.
When unveiling the GoFundMe Campaign, Avi Weisfogel said that he believed all children should be given an equal chance in life. Although nature does not treat us all equally, it is our duty to ensure that all children get equal opportunities. He intimated that his belief is that if all children are treated the same, they will have hope and the strength to cope with everything that life throws at them.
Weisfogel in the interview said that his main reason for choosing Operation Smile as the beneficiaries were due to the efforts the organization was employing in trying to ensure every child gets an equal chance.
