Jason Hope – Philanthropist Doing Good in Arizona

When people think about philanthropists doing good in Scottsdale, Arizona, the name Jason Hope often comes to mind. He is involved in many different organizations, technologies, and is always trying to make a difference in the world around him. Jason Hope has a degree in finance Arizona State University and has also received an MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P Carey School of Business. He has the education, experience, and knowledge to help in many different areas, and tries to use that knowledge to improve the world around him.

One of the organizations he is actively engaged in and financially supports, is the SENS Foundation. It has become a passion in his life. The foundation works on creating a longer, healthier, and better quality of life for everyone. They take an alternative approach to anti-aging. They work on finding cures for diseases that age our bodies and force them to stop working faster than they should. They work on stopping the diseases before they even happen. They believe working on the prevention of these life ending diseases is a better approach than treating them after they happen.

Along with Jason Hope’s Philanthropy, he considers himself a futurist. As a futurist, he makes it his job to look at current trends in the world and attempt to predict the future trends and ways that society is trending toward. It helps him to know where best to invest and advise people about trends and opportunities around the world.

Another one of Jason’s interests is the idea of IoT or the Internet of Things. The Internet of Things is the inter-network of objects that allows the embedded software in each object to communicate with each other. This would create smart cities, smart homes, smart vehicles, that would all communicate with each other and improve the quality of life with efficiency and accuracy.

Along with Jason’s work in technology and philanthropy, he offers grants to high school and college students to get their technology related ideas off the ground and running! He personally reviews each submission and decides if the idea has merit. He then awards a grant to get them started out and working on their ideas. These grants invest in our future inventors and in the future of technology.
