Christopher Burch is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Burch Creative Capital. His entrepreneurship has been in existence for almost 40 years now. Burch is a serial entrepreneur and has a diverse business background in various industries such as technology, real estate, and fashion. He has transacted business in multiple industries. His enthusiasm has promoted the growth of multi-technology and luxury products. These luxury brands include the Jawbone, Voss Water, Faena Hotel+Universe, and Poppin.
Christopher Burch has been a businessman down his life. While he was an undergraduate student, Chris collaborated with his brother Bob, to come up with Eagles eye apparel. This business matured to an estimated worth of $165 million. The duo later sold the company to Swire Group. Burch was one of the first investors in Internet Capital Group. Internet Capital Group was a famous IPO story in the internet universe. Burch utilized his gift to find the connection between innovation and application. Burch applies this ability to realize an extraordinary success, built on his instinctive knowledge of customer behavior and his practice employing higher sourcing set-up and direct-to-consumer networks.
Burch ventures in both local and international real estate investments. Some of his investments are luxury homes such as Florida and Southampton, Nantucket and Palm Beach. Then in 2014, Chris Burch partnered with a prominent entertainer Ellen DeGeneres to launch her lifestyle brand called ED by Ellen Degeneres.
Burch ever served on the panel of the Rothman Institute Orthopedic Foundation and is a former president of Pierre Hotel Co-op Board. He was one of the funders who contributed towards exploration and humanitarian enterprises at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York, The Sumba Foundation, China, The Child Welfare League of China and The Henry Street Settlement.
